The New Year is almost here. 2004 gave us a declining Dollar, sharply higher Commodity prices, Gold made a new 16-year high, and Real Estate prices soared as mortgage rates remain near their historical lows. The stock markets were able to rally into the close of December and some indexes closed near their historical highs. That was 2004. What can we look forward to in 2005? We'll begin discussing that on Monday. Until then, have a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!!!
